Metal Fabrication
Our quick and reliable fabrication process can get you the pieces you need when you need them. We have full-service metal fabrication capabilities and equipment to help create whatever it is you are looking for.
Our Metal Fabrication Capabilities Include:
- Bending (Brake Press) up to 12 foot sheets
- Shearing up to 10 foot sheets (3/16″ sheets)
- Stamping and Punching
CNC Fabrication
With our extensive CNC equipment and manufacturing abilities, we are able to accurately and rapidly produce the parts and pieces that you need.
Our CNC Machining Equipment Includes:
- 7 Vertical CNC Mills (6 Three Axis Mills & 1 Fourr Axis Mill)
- 4 Lathes (3 Three Axis Lathes & 1 Four Axis Lathe)
Water Jet Cutting
Our water jet cutter is efficient at creating parts out of many different materials and is the preferred method when cutting heat-sensitive materials like plastics and aluminum.
By making pieces through this process you won’t risk affecting the metal’s temper, while still allowing for sharp corners, bevels, and punch holes.
Heat Treating
We can make your metal parts stronger and give them a longer working lifetime through our heat-treating process. Throughout the metal tempering process, our experienced staff can identify problems before they happen and help avoid warps and distortions.
Welding
Our experienced team is able to rapidly assemble your parts and machinery together by way of several methods of welding across a wide range of materials.
We are capable of both MIG and TIG welding and are able to work on metals like steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Grinding
Our grinding services can get your parts to whatever dimensions and finish that you are looking for. Through either our machine-controlled method for batch products or our manual grinding implements for larger-scale equipment, we can help you with all your grinding needs.
